| About: | It's a story of a dream come true. Since childhood, I loved to cook and bake for my family, I dreamed one day of owning my own business in the food industry. For a short time in California, I was successful as a cake decorator, but eventually went to full time work as the kids got older. But I never stopped dreaming, just kept trying different ideas. And then one day in 2002 after living in Arizona for a decade, that dream slowly became a reality when one fall day, in my own back yard, my son and I decided to grow some chili peppers. My crop was so big, I didn’t know what to do with all the peppers. So I began making different types of salsa and gave them as gifts to friends and family. After many months of research and long hours of perfecting my recipe, and with the help of my family and the encouragement of my friends. I jumped in with both feet and took the leap with this special home style Salsa. This was just the beginning for me! We hope you enjoy our Salsa and will watch for new additions to our product line.
