1) Read Vendor Requirements page to make sure you meet criteria to participate
(if you are not sure that you do please call the Farmers Market Support Services below to get help)
2) Download and print 2 copies of the Vendor Agreement Form.
(Keep one for yourself and one to send with your fee)
3) Fill out form and sign.
4) Mail a copy along with check (Made out to FMSS) to:
